Enlace Productions tours remarkable solo and small-ensemble shows to performing arts venues across the United States.
Our shows are compact in footprint but bold in presence - tailored for intimate spaces, yet powerful enough to fill the largest rooms.
Our role is part curator, part producer, part backstage backbone. We select acts that engage and entertain audiences - whether that’s a darkly comedic solo show, a genre-twisting jazz trio, or a night of virtuosic contemporary dance set to your favorite TV show themes of the 20th century.
Our job is managing the production and logistics for a performance that’s polished, cohesive, and joyous for everyone involved.

For venues, that means a booking process with clarity and momentum, and a production team that’s organized, adaptable, and committed to making each show run smoothly.
For artists, it means walking into a space set with intention - where the schedule runs tight, the team is right, and they’re free to fully focus on the work.
And for audiences, it means a thrilling performance that sticks with them long after the standing ovation.
We offer the infrastructure and care usually reserved for large productions - without losing the heart, edge, or creative spark that makes each act distinct.
With thoughtful planning and practical expertise, we simplify the complexity of presenting bold work. We operate with the intimacy of a boutique team and the structure of a full production shop - giving artists and presenters the support they need to create unforgettable performances.
We’re building something long-term: a trusted source of high-quality shows that our partners can turn to time and time again.
Enlace Productions exists to make the live arts more vibrant, more connected, and more sustainable for the extraordinary people who bring them to life.

Ryan Morales Green - Founder & CEO
Ryan is a Puerto Rican-Italian social entrepreneur and arts advocate. After over a decade as a musical theatre actor performing nationally and internationally, the pandemic led him into elected union leadership with Actors’ Equity Association. What began as a detour became a fundamental lesson in the realities of policy and power - and inspired him to take a hands-on approach to creating meaningful change through entrepreneurship.

His years on the road - and on stages both large and small - now inform his mission to make touring work more sustainable, supported, and inspiring for everyone involved. Through Enlace Productions, Ryan works to serve the people who make live performance possible - connecting artists, venues, and audiences through execution grounded in expertise, and partnership grounded in trust.

Before founding Enlace, Ryan led a national arts nonprofit dedicated to developing new musicals, and currently serves as the Founder & CEO of AdaptArts LLC, which creates bilingual adaptations of Broadway Junior musicals in partnership with Music Theatre International.

Outside the arts, Ryan practices, instructs, and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - a discipline rooted in routine, patience, and adaptability - traits that shape his approach to creative collaboration.

As the Founder and CEO of Enlace Productions, Ryan is committed to creating opportunities for his artists and his team to thrive - artistically, financially, and collaboratively. He sees Enlace as a long-term partner to presenters - championing the people who bring performances to life, and helping them deliver acts that engage, delight, and endure.
Nellie (Nell) M. Green - Senior Advisor, Finance
With over 35 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting, Nell brings a steady hand and a sharp eye to Enlace’s financial and governance strategy. A retired CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst, she’s worked with nonprofits, government contractors, and small-to-mid-sized businesses across a wide range of sectors - always with a people-first approach that centers clarity, trust, and long-term sustainability.
At Enlace, Nell serves as a strategic advisor, helping ensure the company’s operations are sound and its growth is grounded. Her guidance reflects a deep belief in thoughtful planning, practical systems, and the power of the arts to build lasting connection.
TBD - Production Manager
Probably drafting a run-of-show, troubleshooting a tech rider, or charming a cranky lighting board. Check back soon to meet the wizard behind the curtain.
